At Beachside Villas, one of the best kept secrets on 30A. This is a really well-maintained beachside complex with terrific beach views. But that’s not all, there’s two pools, two lighted tennis courts, barbecue grills, shuffle-board, a clubhouse, and it’s close to the Scenic-30A bike path. Not only that Deer Lake State Park, which is a really cool place, is just a brief walk down the beach and has 1700-acres of old, unmarked hiking trails. The park also has 172-acres of beach and lake areas and I’d never thought I’d say sand dunes were a sight to see, but these are really incredible. How about this?: you can surf fish from the beach; and the boat ramp at Eastern Lake makes it perfect for kayak and canoe rentals.

While you’re kind of secluded being on 30A, you’re really close to everything Destin has to offer. So getting to any one of Destin’s attractions pretty easy. But, let’s talk about why you’re here. The beach. This is the absolute best!

When you’re “beached out” (like that’ll happen), there’s lots of other fun located right around this resort. Shopping, restaurants, miniature golf, even Starbucks if you’re looking for your latte fix. Destin has it all and Emerald Towers is in the middle of it. And if you’re looking for a great dining experience, there’s a Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse a couple of blocks away. That means you’ve got the best of the best. Best resort. Best location.

And upscale. But what’s perfect about it is the view! Look at the photos and see what kind of views you get from the living room! Man, what a spot!

The LIVING ROOM sofa is big and comfortable. It’s a queen sleeper too! The entertainment center which I mentioned early has a big TV, looks like a 35”. And it’s got a bunch of cable channels. I checked. Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’re eyes will wonder to the beach every time ’cause of the unbelievable views!

Check out the MASTER BEDROOM. Huge king size bed. What a great space. Sunny. And the bed really looks comfortable. The décor really makes a statement. It says, “what a great vacation you’re gonna have.”

The SECOND MASTER is really cool. It’s got a nice sized Queen! And a TV when you just want to zone out for a while at the end of the day.

The THIRD BEDROOM has twin beds so it’s kid friendly with room for them to play!

The KITCHEN’s a beauty with granite counter tops. It’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with four bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.

The DINING AREA has a big table, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table. No kid’s table here.

The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 8 with 2 complete full baths.
