About 1802:

Unit 1802 is on the 18th floor, so there is nothing to obstruct your fantastic view!! This BEAUTIFUL 3 bedroom/3 bath luxurious condo is really something else! There are 2 Master King Size Suites, that’s right 2, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds with plenty of play room too. You must pay attention to the beautiful décor in all the photos!!! This is truly an upscale and spacious place that you can truly relax and unwind in.

-The LIVING ROOM is large and has a sofa which is big and comfortable, and plenty of room for everyone to sit.. The entertainment center, boasts a 47” PLASMA flat panel TV, with digital HD cable that has more cable channels than you could ever watch, including several movie channels!!!. The DVD/CD player lets you play movies or music when you’re beached out and it also has surround sound. How great is that!!! But, I have to tell you, the views are going to make movie watching & internet surfing pretty tough. Your eyes will wonder to the beach every time through the wall of windows. You’ll love the balcony, too. It’s large and really comfortable. Oh, the views.. Did I mention the unbelievable views??

-The KITCHEN is a beauty. Look at those granite counter tops. The layout is open and has everything that you would need. So no matter if you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches, you’ve got everything you need to please the entire family. There’s a large breakfast bar with four bar chairs so you can grab a quick bite before you hit the beach.

-The DINING AREA has a large table, which is really comfortable and everyone will have a seat. There is a large china cabinet with a full library of books for those lazy reading days.

-The BALCONY is very spacious and has plenty of seating!! What a great place to have breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even just chill!! You can truly see for miles!! The sunsets are absolutely amazing!!!

-The FIRST MASTER BEDROOM has a HUGE Beautiful King Size Woven Bed. What a great space. And the bed’s really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt, and almost went to sleep. Looking out the window while lying on the bed, I felt like I was on a cruise ship... Nothing but water out the window!!! How awesome is that?? It really makes a statement, and is really spacious. There’s another big TV....32" Plasma flat panel, same cable package, and a DVD/CD player too. The Master Bath has a large walk in shower and a really large tub to soak the day away, if you’re done on the beach. You can even access the balcony from this room too.

-The SECOND MASTER BEDROOM is not going to be out done by the 1st. There again is another HUGE Beautiful Woven King Bed. Same comfortable bed & the views are just as gorgeous!! There is another 32” Plasma, with DVD/CD player too. The bath is large with dual sinks and a garden tub/shower combo.

-The THIRD BEDROOM is a kid friendly suite with twin beds and plenty of play area. There is a 19” flat panel TV here as well with Nintendo, and many Nintendo games to play. There are several board games and sand toys too!! There is also a bed rail for those little ones who have a hard time staying in the bed. The third bath is spacious and is just outside this bedroom.
