ABOUT YOUR RESORT RESIDENCE

The large entryway welcomes you and gives you all the space you need to park your clubs, flip-flops and beach toys. The classy, colorful décor makes a very clear statement that you are on a special vacation resort. It’s a perfect backdrop for the breathtaking views of the Gulf you’ll see through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive balcony. The afternoon sun and breathtaking sunsets are the perfect end to an exciting day - - - or the beginning of an enchanting evening.

The LIVING ROOM features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. and a leather recliner for comfortable TV viewing. The entertainment armoire features a large flat-screen TV that is equipped with a cable television package that allows you to access a dozens of channels. Inside the armoire is a DVD/CD player with which you can watch your favorite movies or listen to your favorite music. Or if you like, surf the web on the high speed internet; there are internet connections behind the TVs and by the dining room table. If you want to truly enjoy the beach experience, take the elevator down to the beach level , walk towards the water, and wave back to your friends watching you from the balcony. They in turn can watch kids playing, grandpas teaching grandkids how to swim, adults jet skiing, or balloonists flying over the water. Or, enjoy those things yourselves; the concession stands are down below.

The MASTER BEDROOM features luxurious king sized bed and private bath with Jacuzzi. The room is beautifully decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious walk-in closets. The alarm clock-radio can also play your CD’s. Your entertainment armoire offers a large TV with dozens of clear channels,. You’ll also enjoy relaxing by the bay window with a panoramic view of the water.

The SECOND BEDROOM has a queen-size bed , lots of closet space, and its own TV. It’s a peaceful, quiet room perfect for relaxing after a hard-day at the beach.

The BUNK area is to your left as you enter the condo. It has two bunk beds for your kids. They will enjoy having their own sleeping quarters away from Mom and Dad.

The open gourmet KITCHEN also has a view of the water and features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and appliances. The family-size refrigerator can hold all your groceries and the ice and water dispensers on the freezer door makes assures that you have a never-ending supply of ice for your afternoon cocktails. With the four-burner stove with full-size oven and microwave and full set of kitchenware, you can cook your own gourmet meals. You don’t even have to wash the dishes; just empty them into the disposer and load them into the dishwasher.

The DINING AREA comfortably seats six, and with the bar stools on the counter, you can serve 8 people in style, sharing your favorite stories of the day

The LAUNDRY ROOM with Washer/Dryer is conveniently located to by the kitchen. A hamper is provided for your convenience. Also, feel free to iron your clothes for your night on the town.

These bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room allow the unit to sleep 8 comfortably including 2 complete baths.
