Not a lot of traffic and congestion but it’s right where you want to be if you want to be near the world’s best beach.

Want some beach time? Just head down the path to the sugar white beach through one of three deeded beach accesses just 150 steps and you’re there. When you’re beached out (like that really happens), head over to Lucille's Gossip Parlor for coffee and a dessert (something chocolate, of course). Or meander through all of the charming shops at the Town Center (SOHO, Pachouli's, Gidget's, and Hepburn's to name a few). Check out local artists' wares at the outdoor kiosks. If you want something to eat then wander over to the Smiling Fish Cafe, Amore Pizzeria or My Daddy's Cheesecake for casual in or outdoor dining. If cooking is your thing there are several groceries and fresh seafood markets nearby. Goatfeathers Seafood Market is just down the way.

In the middle of the town center is an outdoor amphitheater. The kids can play Frisbee or ball in the grass. There’s a concert in the park on Sunday nights in the summer. And you can even go to church on the beach on Sunday at Ed Walline public beach complete with guitar music. If you’re feelin’ a little athletic, there’s shuffleboard, croquet, two tennis courts, walking trails, and biking. In fact there’s a walking/biking trail that parallels the entire 26 miles of 30-A, and it is just outside our door.

Gulf Place is a just the place for a great vacation. You have the beach and more - all within walking distance. You can't find a better place for a great family vacation.

This great condo has just been upgraded with new carpet, new tile and all new appliances. WOW!

And is this place big! And it’s got a great layout and really nice living area. You sure know you’re at the beach. It’s really colorful and fun and it really makes the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff. The living room sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. The TV’s got a bunch of cable channels. I checked. Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really comfortable.

The master bedroom’s got a huge king size bed with a beautiful carved headboard. Luxury bedding. And the bed’s really looks comfortable. I almost laid down on it to see how it felt. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package. The bunk area is a kid friendly area for sleeping and a little playing. Perfect for the kiddies.

The kitchen’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach. The dining area has a table for four to sit down and enjoy a meal. The laundry area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
