This beautiful 16 story condo built in 2003 offers a gorgeous gulf front lagoon pool, a 12 person hot tub, a fitness center, a 48 seat high definition movie theatre, barbeque grills near the pool, and a gated entry!

It's all about the view and our condo on the 2nd floor (unit 206) with around 1700 sq. ft. overlooks the pool and has plenty of beach front views! It is spacious, charming, and inviting.

The master bedroom with a king size bed, fantastic beach view, walk in closet and private bath with double sinks, garden spa tub and large walk in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and adjoining large bathroom with double sinks and a tub with shower.

The 3rd bedroom offers twin beds and double closets.

This spacious open floor plan features an extra-large living room, dining room, and kitchen with breakfast bar. Walk through the patio doors to a large balcony where you can have lunch or just relax and enjoy the water rolling up on the beach. Our condo has many upgrades including ceramic tile throughout, corian counter tops, professionally painted and decorated with bright intense beachy colors and decor. We also have a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

No need to hunt for a parking space we have one (space 2) of the 15 private parking spots in the garage.
