1st floor - Living room with large screen TV (52"), dining area, kitchen with side by side fridge and granite counter tops. Hall bath with walk in shower, laundry room with full size washer dryer AND full size fridge for extra sodas and stuff! Cocktail hour at the inside tiki bar and florida room (high speed internet connection in wall by rocker in this room) with queen sofa sleeper, plenty of windows overlooking the pond w/fountains, and entrance to a great patio!
2nd floor has Master Suite with king bed, flat screen tv, private bath with walk in shower, and private deck overlooking the pond w/fountains - even see the bay and golf course from a distance. There is a hall bath with walk in shower along with three other beachy themed rooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom on this floor has 2 twins...there are small tvs in all bedrooms!)
There are two pools that you can use when staying at Sandpiper Village - one on Audubon Drive where Linkside meets Fairways. There is a second pool by Baypine on the way to The Village of Baytowne Wharf!
